I am definitely disappointed and annoyed by city deals and seven peaks! I purchased the pass with the gift card. I purchased the vouchers April 30, and redeemed within a few days, along with uploading all the pictures needed for the passes. After waiting 2 months, no passes, no gift cards, and being hassled every time we went to seven peaks, with them telling me we could use the printed vouchers, but needed ID for my 11 to get in! No where on the website does it say you need to bring ID with your vouchers to get in.
Anyhow, I took my family again yesterday, and brought the vouchers. This time they told me the vouchers were no longer valid, but I could wait in line for an hour and get our passes printed right then. So, we waiting in line, got the passes, and then vouchers to redeem again for the gift cards online. Seriously, so I wait again for these to be mailed. I feel seven peaks oversold these passes, fully knowing they didn't have the resources to fulfill them.

I agree with the others. I purchased my pass of all passes on April 6th and did the redemption on April 9th. Emails were sent out by Seven Peaks for May and June stating that they would continue to take the paper receipts for entry at all locations. My husband had inquired at the office a couple of times during our wait and was told to be patient that the passes and gift cards would arrive in the mail.

My babysitter took my daughter to the Provo location last week and was informed she would not be allowed to use the paper this week. No emails were sent out explaining that they would no longer accept the paper receipts or that you needed to do anything to get your pass. So I had to take time going straight from work to have the pictures taken and get the passes for our family so that our daughter can use it.

A year or two ago my babysitter had something go wrong with her pass and she was compensated with an extra year for free. They were not willing to do anything like that for us. This was the first time I had ordered the pass. Next year I definitely will not do the online redemption and waiting for them to mail the passes!

Is there any way to redeem passes in person? My son is in town only for the week and I wanted to use the passes this week.

I just bought 4 of these passes for my family but when I go to my account and view my printable orders it says it expires in June 2013, they are suppose to 1 year passes.

The promotional expiration date is referring to the date of when your voucher expires. So it means that SevenPeaks doesn't have to accept your voucher after that date. So if you just get you pass made before the summer you will be just fine. And your pass still is good for 12 months from the date of purchase.
