Redemption Instructions:

1. Obtain your Redemption Code from your Print@Home voucher. Redemption Codes are available immediately after completing your purchase by clicking PRINT (Adobe Acrobat PDF reader is required). See FAQ section below for more details.

2. Submit a form for EACH passholder on www.sevenpeaks.com/redemption. (detailed instructions are on the Seven Peaks site, photos of each passholder are required)

3. If you redeemed for a NEW pass, it will be mailed to you by Seven Peaks.

If you renewed an EXISTING pass you will continue to use the same Pass card and an email will be sent confirming your renewal has been processed.

*Because of the high volume of orders, it could take up to 6-8 weeks for Seven Peaks to process once you've submitted your form online. We suggest submitting your form to Seven Peaks as soon as possible. This offer may only be redeemed online.

FAQ:

I currently have a Pass but it doesn't expire for a while, if I redeem a new Pass now will I lose those months?

Nope, if you are a current Pass holder and you purchase and renew with another Pass, it will extend your Pass 12 months from the current expiration date.

I am redeeming for a new Pass, can you explain the expiration dates?

CityDeals.com sells the vouchers that need to be redeemed for the actual Pass. The voucher from CityDeals.com will expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Once you redeem the voucher, the actual Pass that is shipped to you from Seven Peaks will be valid for 12 months from the date it is shipped. Because of the high demand of this product, it could take up to 6-8 weeks for shipment.

Is it possible to buy more than 10 Passes at a time?

Yes, you can adjust the quantity to any number when viewing your cart, before proceeding to checkout! Simply enter the amount of Passes you want in the "Qty" box and click the "Update Shopping Cart" button.

I just completed purchase on CityDeals.com, what do I do now?

This product is now stored in your account as a Print@Home voucher. You need to be logged in to your CityDeals.com account, click My Account at the very top of the page. Click the "My Printable Products" link in the box on the left. Each separate voucher will have a Print@Home voucher that you can view or print (Adobe Acrobat PDF reader is required). That Print@Home voucher will have a redemption code as well as the website address to visit to either redeem or renew your Pass. The instructions are also listed above in the Rules of the Deal.

Can the Pass be upgraded to include tubes and parking?

Sure, but upgrading your Pass is done through Seven Peaks. CityDeals.com does not offer any upgrade options.

What happens if rentals/events included on the Pass sell out?

All rentals and events will be given on a first-come/first-serve basis.

At what age do children need a pass?

If your child is three or older they will need a standard Pass of All Passes. Children two and younger get into Seven Peak venues for free.

I'M CURRENTLY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS!!!! I ORDERED SEVEN PASSES AND ONLY RECEIVED FIVE OF THEM. I TRIED CALLING SEVEN PEAKS AND WAS ON HOLD FOR TWO HOURS WHEN I RECEIVED A MESSAGE STATING THEY WERE NOW CLOSED!!!! THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THREW AND I AM VERY MAD!!!!!!
