Based on customer feedback, effective January 1, 2014, the price of the Pass of All Passes will increase to $49.99.  For at least the 2014 calendar year, occasional sales promotions may be offered that will result in a price as low as $29.99, but never lower.  If your pass expires in 2014, you will be able to renew your pass at a loyalty renewal price of $19.99.  If you do not renew your pass before it expires, you will forfeit your opportunity to renew or purchase your pass at this $19.99 loyalty renewal rate. 
 
It is anticipated that this change will increase guest satisfaction at our venues, maintain price consistency, and reward our most loyal pass holders with the best price, while still providing industry leading fun at a great value. 
 
Any questions about your pass expiration date or about the loyalty program can be answered via email at fulfillment@sevenpeaks.com or at any one of the Seven Peaks Fun Centers. 
 

  Redemption Instructions:                                                                                             

1. Obtain the Redemption code from your CityDeals.com Print@Home voucher(s)*
2. Go to www.sevenpeaks.com/redeem and submit an online form for each voucher 
3. Within 10 business days, your pass(es) will be available for pickup at any Seven Peaks Fun Center (Lehi, Orem or Sandy)
4. The Seven Peaks Fun Center employee will give you instructions on how to receive any bonus items that came with your purchase
 
You may use your CityDeals.com Print@Home voucher as a temporary pass during the 10 day processing window.

Immediately after completing your purchase on CityDeals.com, you will have the option to view/print your Print@Home voucher. (Adobe Acrobat PDF reader is required). Click Print to open/save the PDF document. You may also find these later in the My Printable Products section of your CityDeals.com account. Vouchers are only stored in your account for 6 months after purchase.
 

  Haven't Received Your Pass or Bonus Item?                                                             

If you have already redeemed your Redemption Codes online and are still waiting for your passes or gift cards, you may contact Seven Peaks at (801) 375-3650 or email fulfillment@sevenpeaks.com with the following information: 
 
1. Name
2. ALL Redemption Codes (if available)
3. Type & quantity of gift cards you ordered
4. Mailing Address/City/State/Zip that you want the cards sent to

Expiration Dates for the 12-Month Pass
All NEW passes will expire 12 months from the purchase date. You could potentially lose time if you do not redeem right away.
All RENEWAL passes will add 12 months on top of your existing expiration date--no time is lost.
Your CityDeals.com Print@Home voucher will only remain in your account for 6 months. You must redeem your passes before then. 
 
How do I know when my Pass expires?
You can check the status of your Pass at any time by going to www.sevenpeaks.com and logging in. You have the option to login using Facebook or you can click "Don't have a Facebook Account?" and you will enter your Pass of All Passes barcode number. If you haven't logged in before, click Forgot your Password and a new one will be sent to the email address on file. 
You will be able to view the expiration date for anyone linked together in your household. 
 
I currently have an active Pass but it doesn't expire for a while, if I redeem a new Pass now will I lose those months?
No, if you are a current passholder, renewing another pass will extend your time 12 months from your current expiration date. You won't lose any time.
 
Is it possible to buy more than 10 Passes at a time? 
Yes, you can adjust the quantity to any number when viewing your cart. Simply enter the amount of Passes you want in the "Qty" box and click the "Update Shopping Cart" button. 
 
I just completed a purchase on CityDeals.com, what do I do now?
Follow the Redemption Instructions above (in orange). You need to redeem your passes online first at www.sevenpeaks.com/redeem. Then within 10 business days your passes will be ready for pickup at any Seven Peaks Fun Center location. Your CityDeals.com Print@Home voucher may be used to gain access until your actual passes are ready.
 
Can the Pass be upgraded to include tubes and parking?
Yes, and CityDeals.com occasionally offers deals on those upgrades. Check our site often or sign up for our daily emails to be notified when they are available.
 
What happens if rentals/events included on the Pass sell out?
All rentals and events will be given on a first-come/first-serve basis.
 
At what age do children need a pass?
Children will need a pass once they turn 3 years old. Children two and younger get into Seven Peak venues for free.
