Rosati's pizza comes in three crust depths, thin (thin), double dough (medium), and pan (deep dish) each designed to achieve optimal crust, sauce, and cheese ratios. They offer combos like the Meat Classic piled high with pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, and ground beef, and the Gourmet White Pizza made with creamy alfredo sauce, chicken, sauteed spinach, and sun dried tomatoes on the double dough crust. This Chicago style pizza shop doesn't just serve pizza, their menu is as full of American-Italian entrees as their pan pizza, pasta dishes, soups, salads, sandwiches, appetizers, desserts, and seafood. Everything from fried shrimp dinners to meatball subs and crisp salads to cannolis.
