CityDeals Johnny Miller Giveaway Terms & Conditions

OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges (CityDeals.com) whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.

1. PRIZE: CityDeals.com has teamed up with world famous golfer Johnny Miller to offer an exciting all expense paid trip to golf with Johnny Miller at Pebble Beach. Prize exceeds $3000 in value (U.S. Dollars) and includes all of the following: airfare from major U.S. cities, four-star lodging accommodations, rental car, golf course green fees, and gift certificates for food, shopping and/or entertainment. Taxes, fees and other travel related charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Date of trip will be determined by CityDeals, Johnny Miller and Giveaway winners for a mutually agreeable date that falls sometime around the 2011 fall season. Giveaway prize, as described by CityDeals.com, will be awarded to eligible winners within 10 days of the end of the associated promotional period. The promotional period begins on the first day advertised, and ends at 12:00 midnight on July 31, 2011. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 2. PRIZE AWARDING: Three winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the promotional period. Winners will receive prize notification via electronic mail, United States Postal Mail and/or overnight mail. If the winner of any prize cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, if the prize notification is returned undeliverable, or if winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these official rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and the prize will become the sole property of CityDeals.com and will be awarded to an alternate winner or used for other purposes. No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer or assignment of prize permitted, except by CityDeals.com in its sole discretion.

3. HOW TO PLAY: Every GolfHub certificate ordered on CityDeals.com during the promotional period will automatically earn one Giveaway Entry. To buy your GolfHub certificate, go to http://www.citydeals.com/deals-merchant-golfhub--az-loc62383265.html?id=3265. There is a limit of 20 entries that an individual can accrue. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY--interested parties may also obtain one entry by sending a prepaid postcard containing the participant’s full name, address, e-mail address, telephone number (including area code), and the words “Giveaway Entry” to: CityDeals.com, c/o Giveaway Department, 4431 W. 8200 S., West Jordan, UT, 84088. No other attempt to enter a Giveaway Contest will be considered valid. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. CityDeals.com reserves the right to add or discontinue entry methods at any time; however, there will always be an entry method available that allows people to enter without making a purchase. In the event that an entry method is discontinued, all qualifying entries that were made before the date the entry method was discontinued will still be valid.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the United States, age 18 years and older, are eligible to participate. Failure to comply with any of the Official Giveaway Rules will invalidate the entry and nullify the prize. Employees, officers and directors of CityDeals.com, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.

5. PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS: Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for CityDeals.com and its affiliates to use winner's name solely for advertising and promotional purposes for this Giveaway without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited by law. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with CityDeals.com's privacy policy.

6. INDEMNITY: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release, indemnify, discharge and hold harmless Citydeals.com, and their respective affiliates, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Giveaway or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes.

7. DISQUALIFICATION: CityDeals.com is not responsible for delays, misdirected transmissions, failed telephone or computer systems, incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Participants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Giveaway, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, CityDeals.com reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. CityDeals.com's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. CityDeals.com reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway, as determined by CityDeals.com in its sole discretion.

8. TAXES: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.

9. GOVERNING LAW: Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This Giveaway is conducted in the state of Utah in accordance with the Laws of the State of Utah.
