Q1: What is CityDeals.com?
CityDeals is an online marketplace for finding and requesting deals to your favorite businesses.

Q2: How does it work?
You can find deals in your city by searching categories (such as "restaurants") or by typing in phrases (such as "motels"). If you can't find the deal you're looking for, first check to ensure you're searching in the right location. If you still can't find the deal you're looking for, request a deal and we'll go get the deal for you. You can request a deal from any business, anywhere in the world. We will do our best to broker a deal for you, and we'll notify you when it's available.

Q3: Will you really try to get the deals I request?
Yes! We take your requests seriously. Be assured we will contact every business you request a deal from.

Q4: How can I get deals to the places I want?
First, request deals from all your favorite businesses. Then, get your friends to help by having them submit even more requests. The more requests we get for each business, the better chance we have of getting the deals you want.

Q5: Do I have to join a club or pay a membership fee?
No. Just point, click, and save.

Q6: How much does shipping cost?
USPS First class mail is $2.95, USPS Priority is $6.95, and Overnight shipping is $16.95.

Q7: If I request a deal, will I really get it?
Yes. The more people request deals, the better chance we have of brokering a good deal.

Q8: Can I print gift certificates on my printer?
No, we ship them to you. While this takes a little longer, it sure makes it nice when you're giving gifts or trying to impress your date.

Q9: Are there hidden fees?
No. What you see is what you get.

Q10: How long does shipping normally take?
We normally ship all orders the same day we receive them. Most of the time, you will get your order in 2-3 business days even though the post office says 4-6 days.

Q11: What if my package is lost in the mail??
If your order doesn't arrive as scheduled, it may have been delivered to a neighbor's address. It will likely be routed back to you within a few days. Give it a few more days or try tracking your order.

Q13: If I place one order for many items, can I ship items to multiple addresses?
No, but you can send different orders to different addresses. Instead of placing your entire order at once, try placing different orders for each address you wish to send to. You will be charged shipping for each order, but it beats delivering a gift by hand.

Sorry, we are unable to offer an option that allows you to pick up your order instead of shipping it.

Click on any request a deal link. You will receive an email the moment the deal becomes available.

Q16: Do the gift certificates have expiration dates?
Most do. Click on the product you're interested in to learn more.

Q17: Do I have to use the entire balance of the gift card/certificate all at once?
Most of the businesses listed on CityDeals.com provide you with a credit for your unused balance in the form of cash, voucher, or stored value credit. However, be sure to check the details and restrictions posted on the website for each gift certificate before you purchase it. If a business doesn't provide a credit for the unused balance on a gift certificate, they are required to post it on CityDeals.com.

Q18: Can I return or exchange an item purchased on CityDeals.com?
All sales are final for products purchased on CityDeals.com.
