I guess I just had a bad stylist...

I had a cut and color done and was not happy with the result. My hair is pretty hard to mess up. The color washed out after 3 shampoos. The stylist was not very friendly, was quite rough, and didn't really listen to what I wanted. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, though. I'm glad I did not pay full price for this service!

Kelly, the owner, is AWESOME. I've had Lara cut my hair for years now and Kelly is now cutting my daughter's hair. Very nice atmosphere and you can soak your hands in wax for free while waiting! Great customer service!
